I am from India, working in Germany for 1 year and have German Blue card. Now I get a job in the Netherlands.

If I deregister my German Blue card, can I travel with it to the Netherlands or Do I need to travel to the Netherlands first and deregister German Blue Card afterward?

It would seem prudent to secure some sort of documentation from the Dutch first. If you cannot get a Dutch blue card or residence permit until after you have moved, it could be a visa bridging the time until you get your residence document there. On the German side, there is technically an obligation to deregister your address almost immediately after leaving (that's distinct from your blue card but could prompt the authorities to question your status or initiate some other proceedings, I don't know). – Relaxed Aug 21 '19 at 12:41
