My uncle lives in USA and he filed a f4 visa petition for his siblings and the periorty date was 26 Feb 2007. My mother received a letter on Sep 2019 from NVC which contains text like this "The National Visa Center (NVC) has received your approved immigrant visa petition from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services."

My question is my age currently (25 Nov 2019) is 25 and as per CSPA rule siblings childrens age should be 21 or less after some calculations. How to know if i am under 21 or not and is am eligible to go with my mother or not?

What you need to know is when the I-130 petition was approved. You guys should have received an I-130 approval notice at some point, possibly many years ago. – user102008 Nov 25 '19 at 8:42
