I was born in Nijmegen on 23.03.1943. My mother before her marriage was Dutch born on Meppel she married my father Godefriedus Franciscus Boullart who had a Belgium nationality at the time of their marriage and my birth so I begot the Belgium nationality involuntarily. Both parents late in life became Dutch citizens in while living in South Africa where I still live and still have my Belgium nationality, I would like also to become Dutch as this is where I was born and speak the language fluently. Is it possible for me to obtain my Dutch nationality?
