I live in Iran and I'm a senior android developer in the company for which I currently work. There are tons of jobs in the US and Australia that I am qualified for, and for which I'd like to apply. 

How can I apply and arrange an interview when I'm not able to go to those countries? How could I get a visa to work in either of these countries?
