Settle statement Statement of comparability fees sent from abroad

I have requested a statement of comparability from the ZAB and they asked me to pay the fee of like €200. I want to know how can I pay it? Like which bank?

I went to UBL (a large bank in Pakistan) and they said that they do not know any kind of procedure for this. Please help me out.How can I pay these fees?

And second thing is, I have sent two degrees (B. Com and Masters) so should I have to pay €300?
