Losing student residence permit in berlinBerlin for staying 6 months in franceFrance for double master degree then an extra month in home country before returning

So iI am an algerianAlgerian master student and iI have been in germanyGermany since octoberOctober 2022 and my residence permit expires on the octoberOctober 2025. Currently iI am in franceFrance doing a double master degree from September to marchMarch, and after that iI decided to go spend a months and 1 half in my country algeriaAlgeria (since airplane tickets are super cheap from franceFrance) before returning to germanyGermany on the 15 og april

The problem is that when i googled iI Googled I found that the germanGerman law says that you cant stay away from germanyGermany for more than 6 months or your residence permit will be revoked, can anyone please confirm to me that and if that applies to me as well as someone who had semester abroad??? Like how can they know if iI returned  , maybe iI visited my friend by train. I am confused.

I also have a student residence apartment in Berlin which iI sublet it and iI will get it back in March completely and iI am still registered in my germanGerman university as well since my last semester is master thesis.
