what What do I need to go back to U.SUS to immigrate or study?

I am germanGerman and now iI live in Europe. I have entered United States on December 5th of 2013 withunder the visa waiver program Visa Waiver Program/ ESTAESTA that allows you to beremain in the US for 3 months as a tourist in the United States. But I stayedoverstayed, remaining the US for more than 3 months in US and then I got marriedyears, until January 3th of 2016. Then I got married there on January 3, 2016, and left the country 4four days after getting marriedlater. My husband is a U.SUS citizen.

Now I want to immigrate. I want to go back to study or work (get a Green Card). Or if it is possible to stay so I can get the green card but if itIf that is totoo complicated, I would rather just go to study . What are the best choices I can do. What
